TM12000 is a state-of-the-art concrete block machine, delivering exceptional efficiency and precision. It has pallet sizes of 1200 ¡Á 1150mm or 1400 ¡Á 950mm which can maximum produce 18,000 pieces of 400¡Á200¡Á200mm hollow blocks or 1,200 square meter paver stone in 8 working hours.

• 1. Robust machine frame with 200¡Á200¡Á10mm German standard square tube and 4 pieces of ¦µ90mm solid guide-columns for stability and durability of machine.

• 2. Super-fast Swing arm designed feeder car, powered by 7.5kW motor and speed controlled by frequency inverter, which makes the molding filling very stable, efficient and high precision.

• 3. Japanese Yuken proportional hydraulic valves are used to ensures the hydraulic system operates smoothly and efficiently and guarantee the powerful machine speed.

• 4. Powered by German Siemens PLC fully automatic control system, which has been time-proven to ensure stable and consistent machine performance.

• 5. Four 11kw Or Two 16.5kw Servo drives-controlled Italian Physis servo motors (cardan shafts connection), ensure the best possible synchronization and vibration performance.
