On September 9, 2025, the Fourth Government-Enterprise Exchange under the China-Japan Export Control Dialogue Mechanism was successfully held in Tokyo, Japan. The event was co-hosted by the Bureau of Industry Security and Import-Export Control of MOFCOM and the Trade Control Department of Trade and Economic Security Bureau, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan (MEIT), and co-organized by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) and CCCME. Over 130 representatives from governments, business associations, and enterprises of both China and Japan attended, including 43 representatives from 24 Chinese enterprises. Jiang Qianliang, Director General of Bureau of Industry, Security, Import and Export Control of the Ministry of Commerce and Katsuro Igari, Director-General of Trade Control Department of METI attended and delivered speeches.
