From October 23 to 25, the China-Russia Subnational Investment and Trade Cooperation Conference, hosted by the People’s Government of Liaoning Province and organized by CCCME, Department of Commerce of Liaoning Province, was held in Liaoning. The conference aimed to promote cooperation between China and Russia in trade, investment, and production. The conference brought together nearly 140 representatives from Russian entities, local governments, and enterprises, as well as representatives from nearly 800 Chinese companies which are interested in entering the Russian market or engaging in trade, production, and investment in Russia. The conference, through organizing thematic presentations, B2B matchmaking, inspections, regional sessions, and other series of activities, served as a window for the country's opening-up. It aimed to establish investment and development platforms and enhance the level of economic and trade cooperation. It also helped to strengthen cooperation in the Northeast Asia region and facilitate the “dual circulation” of domestic and overseas markets.
