On July 10, 2025, The Fourth Meeting of the Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone Coordination Committee and the First Meeting of the China-Cambodia Investment Cooperation Working Group were held in Sihanoukville, Cambodia. The meeting was chaired by Vice Minister of Commerce and Deputy China International Trade Representative Ling Ji and Secretary General of the Cambodian Investment Board of the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC). CCCME Vice President Shi Yonghong was invited to join the exchanges. During the meeting, the two sides engaged in the exchanges on the topics of implementing the consensus reached by both state leaders, deepening industrial and supply chains cooperation and supporting the high-quality development of Sihanoukville and so on.
