CCCME Holds the Case Analysis Meeting and Risk Prevention and Control Seminar for Key Projects of Chinese-funded Enterprises in Russia
On the afternoon of July 21, the Case Analysis Meeting and Risk Prevention and Control Seminar for Key Projects of Chinese-funded Enterprises in Russia were successfully held both online and offline. This conference was jointly organized by CCCME, China-Russia Chamber of Commerce for Machinery and Electronics Products and the Exchange and Cooperation Base of China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization Legal Service Committee, and received strong support from government departments such as Department of Eurasian Affairs of Ministry of Commerce and Bureau of International Cooperation of Ministry of Justice. CCCME Vice President Shi Yonghong and Deputy Director General of Bureau of International Cooperation of Ministry of Justice Yin Xuemei attended the meeting, and delivered speeches.
This conference conducted a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the legal disputes encountered by Chinese-funded enterprises in Russia, and put forward suggestions for solving those disputes. More importantly, it provided valuable suggestions for the prevention and control of such legal risks. Those recommendations will help companies avoid potential legal risks in the future, guide Chinese and Russian companies to do business in a lawful manner. All this will play an important role in promoting Sino-Russian economic and trade investment cooperation in the post-pandemic era.
