On October 18th, the Anti-Dumping Committee of Australia issued a public notice, announcing to terminate the resumed anti-dumping investigation into Chinese PV products on the grounds that the injury that China’s exports of PV products caused to the Australian industry is negligible.
The case was originally initiated on May 14th 2014, involving about 300 companies and an amount of about USD 780 million. CCCME organized 60 companies involved in the industry to raise the injury defense, which made the investigation committee to terminate the investigation on October 6th 2015.
