Taizhou Happy Pump Co., Ltd. is a professional water pump manufacturer with self-managed rights of export and import, sitting at Daxi Town, Wenling, which is well known as “Hometown of Water Pump”. Founded in 1997 with the assets of RMB80 million, the company covers an area of 15,000m2 and a building area of 38,000m2, and has a more than 500 employees including over 60 technical professionals. In 2011, the company achieved sales volume of 10 million sets and sales amount of RMB150 million.

The company consists of metalwork, motor, rotor and assembly workshops for pipeline operations from casting of pump body, line inserting of motor, stamping of rotor to installation and inspection of complete machine. Barring automation production equipment introduced for coil vacuum dip coating, automatic painting of pump, CNC lathes, full automatic cleaning of castings, and automatic coiling, inserting and reshaping for motor, the company owns CAD system, a series of high-performance ex-factory test systems such as automatic acquisition system of pump performance, the scientific “7S” field management and professional experienced technicians to ensure high quality of “Happy” products.

In recent years, our technology center has introduced the advanced aided design software like CFD (computational fluid dynamics), motor electromagnetic design, finite-element analysis, and PRO/E three-dimensional design for maximal reduction in development cycle of products.

The company has passed through permit for manufacture of industrial products, ISO9001:2000, CE and ROHS, and been awarded titles of “Zhejiang Hi-tech Enterprise”, “Contract-honoring & Promise-keeping Unit” by Provincial Industrial and Commercial Administration, “Taizhou Famous Trademark” by Taizhou Industrial and Commercial Administration, “Zhejiang Regional Brand” by the People’s Government of Zhejiang, and “Wenling Leading Enterprise”, etc.
