Established in 1992, Huanli is specialized in research and development, manufacture and sales of electronic pressure control, air pump pressure control, water pump pressure control, electronic pump float control, full automatic water pump and other accessories. Today Huanli owns two subsidiaries which are Wenling Huanli Electric Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Huanli Technology Development Co., Ltd. Wenling Huanli Electric Co., Ltd. was established in 1992 in Wenling, a beautiful seaside city of Zhejiang province while Jiangsu Huanli Technology Development Co., Ltd. was set up in July 2006 in Suzhou, a dynamic and modern city close to Shanghai, with a total investment of 50 million RMB. Jiangsu Huanli covers an area of 27,000 square meters on which a most advanced research center was built together with modern production and inspection facilities. It now has some 600 well-educated and high-caliber employees in the industry.

Huanli has already been granted the right of import and export and we produce over 7 million sets of pressure control systems annually. Beside domestic market, our products has enjoyed remarkable sales growth in more than 80 countries including USA, Canada, England, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Spain, Belgium, Greece, Australia, some middle east, African and Southeast Asian countries since 1997. Huanli has always been active in quality management and technical innovation and has successfully passed ISO9001:2000 quality certification. We also obtained many other certificates like UL of USA, CSA of Canada, TÜV of Germany, and CE of European Union. Our products exported to European Union are in full compliance with ROHS directives. We have built long time friendly partnership with CONDOR of Germany,and we are the sole pressure control supplier of many partners including Black & Decker and CAMPBELL of USA, GENEBRA of Spain, White International Pty of Australia, GRUNDFOS of Malaysia and WILO of Germany.
   
Huanli has always committed itself to implementation of brand building strategy and paid enormous attention to product quality guarantee to follow Huanli’s company culture of “Challenge the limit, create product with virtue”. In 1999, HL was listed as recommended products for European Union market by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. In the same year, France Intendance Evaluation Committee of Technology Quality recommended it as Hi-tech Quality Products. In 2001, HL brand was named as Sino-US Famous Brand by Sino-US Entrepreneur Association of US International Brand Strategy Research Center.
