Sichuan Shudao Equipment & Technology Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Chengdu Shenleng Liquefaction PlantCo., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is a joint-stock enterprise with core independentintellectual property rights, specializing in the research, development, manufacturing, and sales ofliquefaction plant of natural gas (including coalbed methane, shale gas, and coke oven gas), air separationplant, various types of gas purification and refinement plant, cryogenic liquid storage,evaporation,transportation and filling equipment. The Company also commits to the development and application of newenergy and energy-saving technologies, as well as the research and manufacturing of equipment fortransportation field. The Company was listed on GEM of Shenzhen Stock Exchange in August 2016. In January2021, Shudao Transport Services Group Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Sichuan Transportation InvestmentIndustry Co., Ltd) became the controlling shareholder of the Company, and in March 2022, the Companychanged its name to its current one (English stock abbreviation: SSET, stock code: 300540).
Currently the Company has 14 subsidiary companies, including 7 holding companies, 6 joint stock companies,and one sponsor for hydrogen energy industry fund, achieving a downstream deploymentin the industries such as hydrogen energy, LNG, and industrial gases.
As one of the first Chinese companies to enter the natural gas liquefaction and liquid air separation industries with the core technologies in these fields, SSET designed and manufactured the first national natural gas liquefaction plant and the first national coal bed gas liquefaction plant, and was the first in China to adopt the mixed refrigerant cycle (MRC) technology. The company participated in the development of the National standards such as Design Code for Natural Gas Liquefaction Plant and Liquefied natural gas dispenser for vehicle. The company has obtained the National Special Equipment Production License for both Pressure Vessel . Design and Manufacturing. SSET is able to design and manufacture natural gas (coal-bed methane, coke oven
gas)liquefaction plant with capacity of 10 million Nm/d and liquid air separation plant, 1000 t/d, possessing the front technology of hydrogen liquefaction, hydrogen storage, transportation and filling, and helium extraction and liquefaction. The product technical performance index is at nationalleading level. At present, the company has 134 patent authorizations (including 44 invention patents and 90 utility model patents) and 9 software copyrights, covering various professional fields of cryogenic technology.
