Anhui Shangzhong Piston Ring Co., Ltd. was founded in 1994 and moved from Wenzhou, Zhejiang to Wuhu, Anhui in 2004.
The company specializes in the development and production of piston rings, sealing rings, and valve sealing rings with complete specifications, suitable for automobiles, trains, construction machinery, ships, aircraft, air compressors, compressors, steam turbines, oil tankers, cylinder superchargers, valves, etc.
The materials are ductile iron, cast iron, nickel-based alloys (GH4145, 718), 6 Cr13 Mo, 7Cr18Mo, 316L stainless steel, and the surface treatment processes are plasma spraying molybdenum, titanium plating, tin plating, copper plating, PVD physical vapor deposition, titanium nitride, chrome plating, nitriding, phosphating and so on.The product has the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and so on.
In recent years, we have introduced professional piston ring facilities, which include inside & outside Profile Modeling Lathe, High Precision Double-side Grinder, Automatic Beveling Machine, Opening Trimming Machine, Japanese-made Digital Moulding Grinder, Swiss-made (S-M1100C) Plasma Molybdenum Machine, etc. Besides, we also have set up a production line of casting which can produce rough rings, 5 production lines for producing oil rings which are sets of 3 pieces, and 2 production lines for steel rings.
Our products have been exported all over the world and very popular in the whole piston ring market. Besides, we have been awarded TS 16949 and ISO 9002 certificates, and the Brazil INMETRO certification.
