CEEC NEPC II is committed to contracting electric and non-electric engineering projects in both domestic and international on EPC and BOT basis. CEEC NEPC II owns Level 1Certificate of EPC Electric Power Project, Permit of contracting overseas project, and all the professional certificates of contracting electrical power project, civil architecture, and general construction and installation projects etc. CEEC NEPC II owns national civil engineering, metal, electrical and thermal control labs and welding training center. In 2010, CEEC NEPC II was issued “AAA Credit Rating Enterprise” by Commerce Department and China Electricity Council, and ASME certificate in 2011.
