Nantong Rainbow Offshore & Engineering Equipments Co., Ltd. ( ROC in short ) is subsidiary of Jiangsu Rainbow Heavy Industries Co., Ltd (Listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange with Stock Code 002483, RHI in short) which is located in Qidong offshore vessel industrial zone and is an domestic investment limited liability company.

ROC covers about 500,000 m2 with Yangtze River bank of about 800 meters in length. ROC now has the area about 100,000 m2 for workshops 2, multi-functional indoor building slip-ways (equipped with 2 of 300T SWL gantry cranes),80,000 m2 assembly and equipment installation site and an outfitting and mooring test berth of 326 meters fitted for mooring up to 50,000 DWT ship. Overall investment is 1.5 billion RMB according to the newest concept which used rigid-flexible joint idea for main process flow and ground shipbuilding method to build offshore vessels.
