Foshan Shanhu Electric Appliances Co., Ltd was founded in 1986. It is one of the leading household electrical appliances manufacturers in China.

•Tradition in commitment and specialization

In 1986 Shanhu started its first tower fan production. It was awarded “The Largest Tower Fan Producer, Seller, and Exporter in China” by the State Council of China in 1996. Tower fan is currently its flagship product which leads the sales volume in Shanhu’s export. Shanhu aims to design and produce innovative and functional tower fans and other household appliances for its clients.
During the design process, Shanhu R&D staff apply their experience and combine the customers’ feedback into their design. It is to ensure that every product engineered by Shanhu is in highest quality with optimal usage of material and components. The same mindset applies to production, quality control and material control. This is the commitment which Shanhu can make to its clients and consumers.

•Advantages in hardware and software

To cope with the rapid growth in Shanhu products, a new production center of more than 53,000 m2 was built in 2006 and the second phrase will start soon. The new plant is designed to be logistic-oriented which provides a platform for effective flow of material and finished goods. Advanced production lines, injection machines, automatic metal stamping units and motor coil- inserting lines are equipped in the plant. The testing machines in laboratory such as RoHS X-ray fluorescence detector, machines for drop test and vibration test, acoustic noise testing room, and constant temperature chamber, etc., helps Shanhu to conform its unity in quality standard and provides solid platform for new product testing during development process.
In the software part, Shanhu quality control team monitors and examines quality of raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods. ISO Office focuses on the set-up, implementation, and continuous improvement of the quality management system according to ISO9001 standard. During the cooperation with several world-class partners, Shanhu’s quality standard has reached international level.
