Dalian Westar Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002 and it is located in the center of foreign trade and harbor system of Liaoning Province¡ªDalian. The company is headquartered in the city downtown, adjoining the airport and railway. The factory facility is situated in Jinfadi Industrial Park of Dalian, where the industrial facilities are complete, near the Free Trade Zone and harbor to save freight with convenient transport.

We have our own factory-Rainfine(Dalian) Irrigation Co., Ltd. and Brand "Rainfine". Rainfine(Dalian) Irrigation Co., Ltd. is a leading manufacturer in China and we specialize in research, development, production, service and marketing of water-saving irrigation equipments. The main products we produce are center pivot system (fixed and towable), lateral move system and so on. We have good design of toolings and dies for mass production and we are certified by ISO9001 system.
