China Dongfeng Motor Industry Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd was established in May 1983. It is the first foreign trade company approved by the State in the Chinese automobile industry with registered capital of RMB 86 millions Yuan. The headquarters of CDFM locates in Shanghai with seven overseas subsidiaries scattered in New York, Hamburg, Tokyo, Myanmar, Hong Kong, etc. It also possesses eight holding companies in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Wuhan and other domestic markets.
