Fuyi Switchgear Contacts
1. Fixed (Static) Contacts
Acting as the stationary "socket" within the cabinet, our fixed contacts are typically mounted inside the contact box. They serve as the fixed termination point for incoming and outgoing current, connecting directly to the busbar or cables. Precision-machined from high-purity T2 copper with silver-plated finish, they ensure stable electrical performance and long service life.
2. Tulip Contacts (Rose / Finger Contacts)
As the core moving contact in vacuum circuit breaker (VCB) trucks, the tulip contact features a multi-finger design resembling a flower. When the truck is levered into the "Work" position, these fingers firmly grip the fixed contact, completing the electrical circuit.
3. Contact Arms
Contact arms serve as the critical conductive link between the tulip contact and the vacuum circuit breaker pole, ensuring seamless current flow through the breaker assembly.
Note: Flat contacts (spring-loaded contacts) are also available for JYN series switchgear applications, featuring a parallel multi-finger design with internal tension springs for planar contact connection.
