The LJZ-1000P microcomputer-controlled high-strength bolt detector is a new type of bolt torsion test equipment independently developed by Liling Company by introducing international advanced technology. This equipment is mainly used to detect high-strength bolt connection pairs. It can detect the axial force and torque (or torque coefficient) of large hexagonal head high-strength bolt connection pairs (M12-M36) . The equipment is automatically loaded by a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, has a linear guide rail, a full Chinese operation interface (English is optional), a microcomputer controls the automatic tightening, loosening, and resetting of high-strength bolts, and intelligent prompts during the operation process, making the operation convenient and fast. When the axial force reaches the standard setting value, the detector will automatically record the test data, and automatically calculate the average axial force, average torque, average torque coefficient, standard deviation and coefficient of variation of the sample through the computer, and can display the output torque coefficient, axial force curve, torque curve, etc., and also has parameter setting, calibration, data report printout and query functions.
