JY2000-AL IMD Insulation Monitoring Device can monitor the insulation resistance value of the positive and negative poles of the DC floating system to ground from 0Ω to 10MΩ, and can also detect the DC voltage value from 0V to 2000V. 3 Functions are optional: without communication, alarm dry contact output; with communication only; with communication alarm dry contact output. Insulation resistance monitoring can only be realized when the DC voltage is between 100V and 2000V. When the DC voltage is less than 100V, or the insulation monitoring is not enabled, the insulation resistance read is 65535 (invalid number). When the measured value is greater than 10MΩ, the value received by the communication is 60000 (infinity).

Description

JY2000-AL series products are high-voltage DC insulation monitoring devices realized by the unbalanced bridge method.

JY2000-AL realizes insulation monitoring, control and data reading through communication. Send the communication frame to turn on or off the insulation monitoring function. After the insulation monitoring function is turned on, the high-voltage grounding switch is closed, and the real-time measurement of the insulation resistance is realized. After the insulation monitoring is powered on, it is turned off by default, and the host computer needs to actively send communication frames to enable the insulation monitoring function. The host computer can send read commands at any time to read the positive and negative insulation resistance values, respectively.
