1.This system includes high speed pick out robot, single product transfer fixture and automatic packing machine.
2.Pick out robot/stacking fixture and packing machine are separately mechanism with individual controller, which is easier operated with signal.
3.Round and square mold are available, length of packing film is adjustable, fastest packing speed is 200pcs/min.
4.The maximum width of packing film is 250mm, the thickness of the packaging film is 0.035-0.018mm, the diameter of the packaging film is less than 400mm, and the length is less than 4000m, applicable packing film material in OPP, BOPP, CPP.
5.Fiber optic inspection the products, avoid empty packaging
6.Add optional servo conveyor belt, implement the section packing and counting it.
