Stainless Steel 304 water well casings are about (6&3) meters lengths of Stainless Steel material produced to ASTM A312 properly annealed and passivized of DN 8INCH with 7.11 mm wall thickness.
Both ends of the water well casings shall be threaded to API 5B standard buttress threads. One side provided with a seamless coupling to ASTM A 451 mounted hand tight with 3/8" taper in one foot (1/32" in one inch) to reduce the make up torque. Both Seamless and longitudinal welded type casings are available for us.

Inspection and Test details: 
1. All Dimensions of Stainless Steel 316L Casing will be checked by our quality inspector, and they also can be inspected by Third Party Inspections or representative appointed by buyer.
2. Wall thickness of casing is inspected by Ultrasonic inspection method, and they also be made the Ultrasonic flaw detection
3. Do collapse test and collapse strength Test before shipment. 
4. If required, the casing will be made pickling and passivation treatment. 
5. The whole manufacturing process can be monitored by Third Party Inspection Company and representative appointed by buyer.
6. The casing will be arranged the Pre-shipment Inspection if required.
Payment terms:
Usually our customers take following ways to pay the money for the goods:
1. 30% down payment By T/T before production and balance payable after inspection and before delivery.
2. 30% down payment By T/T before production and balance payable By T/T against copy of Bill of Lading.
3. 30% down payment By T/T before production and balance payable By L/C at sight.
Note: we can negotiate with our customers' about other ways to pay the balance.
