3RP series cam rotor pump is mainly composed of cam rotor, shaft seal and gearbox. A pair of synchronous rotating gears drive the cam rotor to rotate to realize the transmission of medium. The shaft seal can be designed as packing seal or mechanical seal according to different working conditions. Adopt high strength cast iron gearbox, spiral gear and heavy load bearing to ensure long life. The main part is the box assembly. The rotor clearance can be adjusted without removing the gear box.

3RP Series Cam Rotor Pump belongs to rotary volumetric pump with high efficiency and long service life. It is suitable for conveying temperature - 30 ~200, viscosity 30 1.0x105cSt, suspended liquid containing solid particles and medium with high corrosive and hygienic requirements. The parts and components in the pump body in contact with the medium are made of stainless steel medium and can be transported in a stainless steel medium. According to the different physical characteristics of the medium, change the speed of the pump.

The O type sealing ring is made of silicone rubber, and when the medium is corrosive, polytetrafluoroethylene is used.

From the motor to the pump, the pump turns to rotate clockwise (as shown).
