YCB circular arc gear pump application:
It is suitable for conveying non-solid particles and fibers. The temperature is not higher than 300℃. The viscosity is 5 *10-6~1.5 *10-3 m2/s.
Lubricating oil or other liquids of similar nature and used in hydraulic transmission systems.
Reduce the speed of the pump, the viscosity of the conveying medium can reach 50000mm2/s.
Pressure range: ≤1.6MPa
Flow range: ≤80m3/h
Temperature range: ≤300℃
The viscosity range is: 5 ~ 1500mm2/s, and the speed can be reduced to 50000mm2/s.
YCB arc gear pump structure features：
This series of gear pumps are mainly composed of gear, shaft, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeve, shaft end seal (special requirements, optional magnetic drive, zero leakage structure) and so on. The gear is manufactured by double circular arc sine curve tooth profile. Compared with the involute gear, the most prominent advantage is that the tooth profile surface has no relative sliding during the meshing process, so the tooth surface has no wear and tear, runs smoothly, has no trapping liquid phenomenon, has low noise, long service life and high efficiency. The gear pump breaks away from the shackles of traditional design, making gear pump into a new field in design, production and use.
The pump is equipped with a safety valve as overload protection. The full return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump. It can also be adjusted according to actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range. But note that this safety valve can not be used as a pressure reducing valve for a long time.
The shaft end seal of the pump is designed in two forms, one is mechanical seal, the other is packing seal, which can be determined according to the specific use and user requirements. Viewed from the extension of the spindle to the pump, it rotates clockwise.
