Application scope of LB gear pump for freezer £º

LB type gear pump is suitable for conveying lubricating oil or other liquids similar to lubricating oil without solid particles and fibers, non-corrosive, temperature not higher than 80', viscosity 5-1500 cSt.

Structural features of LB series gear pump £º

The gear adopts a new technology with advanced level in 80s, a pair of arc sinusoidal teeth. Compared with the involute gear, the prominent advantage is that there is no relative sliding of the tooth rack surface during gear closing, so the tooth surface has no wear, running balance, no trapping liquid phenomenon, low noise, long service life and high efficiency. The gear pump breaks away from the shackles of traditional design, making the use of gear pump in the design, production into a new field.

The shaft end seal of the pump is mechanical seal, which can be determined according to the specific usage and user requirements.

LB series gear pump performance range:

N32 and N46 refrigerant lubricants or other lubricants for transporting ammonia or fluorine machines.

Applicable temperature not higher than 80 C
