2CY gear pump uses:
It is suitable for conveying lubricating oil or other liquids with similar properties and lubricating oil without solid particles and fibers, whose temperature is not higher than 300 C, viscosity is 5×10 - 6 1.5×10 - 3 m2 / s, and for hydraulic transmission system.
Reduce the speed of the pump, the viscosity of the conveying medium can reach 50000mm2/s.

Pressure range: ≤2.5MPa
Flow range: ≤21m3/h
Temperature range: ≤300℃
The viscosity range is : 5 ~ 1500mm2/s, and the speed can be reduced to 50000mm2/s.
2CY gear pump structure features:
This series of gear pumps are mainly composed of gear, shaft, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeve, shaft end seal (special requirements, optional magnetic drive, zero leakage structure) and so on. The gear has higher hardness and wear resistance by nitriding. It is installed with the shaft in the replaceable shaft sleeve. The lubrication of all parts in the pump is automatically achieved by using the conveying medium when the pump works.
The four bearing sleeves in the pump are installed floating in the pump body, and the end clearance is automatically adjusted with the working pressure, so the pressure of the pump is stable, the output flow fluctuation is small, and the volume efficiency is high.
Viewed from the extension of the spindle to the pump, it rotates clockwise.
