     If the problem coursed by factory side, we will supply free spare parts or products untill the problem solved.

 A:Because we would like to follow a win-win stratery so that we can have a long business relationship,which is good and important for both of us.

    So we do not sell light weight products or sticker high capacity.

    We ensure that every products from our campany are goods genuine and prices reasonable.

 Q:Can I get the sample?

A: Yes. Samples are welcome to us before mass production.

     But few extra cost and products cost will be charge from customer first, and sample cost will be back to customer once started mass production.

Q:have shop cranes 100% assembled well in stock?

A:Np,all jacks, floor jack , hydraulic jacks will be newly produced according to your orders including samples.
