Dog Trainer

Battery Installation:

• 1. Slide out the battery cover.
• 2. Insert a new 9V battery (not included) - attach the battery to the battery terminals according to the polarity shown below.
• 3. Place the battery into the battery compartment.
• 4. Replace the battery cover.

How To Use :

• 1. Point the pet trainer toward you dog from a distance between 6feet and 20feet.
• 2. Make sure the front with the grill is pointing directly toward your pet and your arm is outstretched.
• 3. Give the verbal command, then promptly press and hold the button for 1-2 seconds. This will reinforce your command, achieving faster training results. 
• 4. When the button is pressed, the red light next to the button will light up.
• 5. Repeat the steps 1-4 until your pet responds to your command as you want.

Warnings:

• 1. This item is not a toy, keep out of the reach of children or those with a mental impairment.
• 2. Do not touch the front grill of the pet trainer.
• 3. Denting or damaging the front grill may cause the unit to malfunction.
• 4. Dog Trainer is a training aid only. 
• 5. Dog Trainer should not be used on humans or within one-foot distance of your pet.
• 6. Use with caution when using with potentially dangerous animals.
• 7. Effectiveness may vary due to the pet’s age, temperament and hearing ability. 
• 8. Keep the device away from water and fire.
• 9. If the device is not being used for a long period of time, store it in a cool dry place and remove the battery. 
• 10. Old batteries may not hold a charge as well as new batteries, and may lead to poor performance.
• 11. If battery is leaking or corroded, please dispose of the batteries properly and replace with a new one.

NOTE: Operating frequency is 25.5KHz which is outside the typical human hearing range. Your dog will hear a high pitch constant noise while the button is pressed. DO NOT press for more than 1-2 seconds as this may cause your dog hearing discomfort.
