Operation£º

The construction site should have a good ventilation system. The recommended construction environment is 3~35¡æ, 30~85%RH.

Surface Treatment£º

The surface of the substrate needs to be dry and clean, to removestress, static electricity, dust and oil pollution.

Bonding£º

The sealant is squeezed by the colloid gun onto the cleaned surface to make it distribute evenly. If the temperature is low, the curing time will be prolonged.The components after sizing should be immediately assembled so that the glue reaches a good wetting effect, which will lead a good bonding.If the assembly parts are dry (relative humidity is less than 50%), it is recommended to increase the humidity to raise the curing speed.

Cleaning£º

After curing for a certain time, alcohol or acetone can be used to clean the excess glue in time.Completely cured adhesives are difficult to remove and may need to be soaked in alcohol solvents for a long time.
