SHAPING WHEEL USED ON SINGLE BLADE LABYRINTH DRIP IRRIGATION TAPE MACHINE 

The quality of the shaping wheel affects the final product quality and machine running speed and stability. 

As for the present shaping wheel, the two labyrinth, the water outlet and inlet are separately on the parts totally 5 pcs, then assemble them and finally make the outside surface smooth. As for this kind of shaping wheel, the disadvantages are as follows,

OLD MODEL SHAPING WHEEL:

• 1¡¢ the surface of the final produce is not smooth, there is mark of the connection for the parts;
• 2¡¢ there is alignment deviation when assemble the shaping wheel. The labyrinth depth is not the same, resulting in the bad evenness of the tape;
• 3¡¢ to production different width tape, the different material for the shaping wheel should be purchased, then the cost is increased accordingly;
• 4¡¢ the small hole volume is small and this is on the side of the plate which is far from the labyrinth, then the cooling effect for the shaping wheel and tape is bad. So more time is need to cool completely, which limits the production speed;
• 5¡¢ this kind of shaping wheel is heavy, when rotating, there is big inertia     which affects the machine stability;
• 6¡¢ the labyrinth on both sides, the inlet and outlet should be processed separately and then be assembled, so it is hard to maintain, and it is easy to make the water discharge rate change;

As for the new design shaping wheel, including shaping body, cooling body, rotating rod, friction plate, pressing flange, flange for the main rod, bearing, spring. The advantage of the shaping wheel is as follows,

• 1¡¢ the processing for the surface of shaping wheel is simplex, continuous, regular. The labyrinth flow channel embossing, the flow channel and the outside circle is processed at the same time, which assures the flow rate evenness for each outlet and the surface roughness;
• 2¡¢ as for the processing for the bottom of the labyrinth flow channel embossing, the vacuum channel and the friction plate are connected, making the labyrinth of the drip irrigation tape is absorbed the same as the one on the shaping wheel. In this way, the labyrinth on the tape is full;
• 3¡¢ the cooling body is fixed in the shaping wheel, there is cooling water channel on the surface of the outside circle, and the hold is drilled at the beginning and end, in this way, the cooling water recycling is realized. The drip irrigation tape absorbed on the shaping wheel is cooled and the cooling effect is better;
• 4¡¢ as for this kind of shaping wheel, it is only composed of two pcs: shaping body and cooling body. So it is easy to assemble and maintain. All the labyrinth flow channel embossing is on the shaping body, so there is no variation due to the assemble deviation;
• 5¡¢ the weight is 1/3 less than the old type. Not only improve the machine running stability, but also reduce the labor intensity for install and maintain the wheel.

• THE SHAPING WHEEL DIAMETER CAN BE 382MM, 445MM , 477MM AND 573MM .
