1.本机采用的是日本三菱PLC程序控制，人机界面，原理采用PLC控制台湾亚德客气液增压缸往复动作，机械手自动送料，另配有自动计数、自动收碗机械手，从送料、冲压、脱模、自动收碗等过程是全自动完成的，实现了全过程自动无人化生产，大大的提高了生产效率、降低了人工成本

2.模具每分钟（工作）开合次数15-25次，机台上装两套模具，双倍提高了生产小路。

3.原料:350-500g/m2成型工艺:120-250

4.能量配置:清洁干燥压缩空气:0.56 MPa至0.8Mpa气体流量:1m2/min总功率:3.5kw

1.This machine used Mistu compressed air driving,PLC control,touch screen interface in both Chinese and English,The system principleis PLC control the AirTAC cylinder do reciprocal motion,transfer arm automatic feeding material,auto counting,automatic transfer arm for collecting bowls,all process without any manual operation,Greatly improve the production efficiency,and reduces the labor costs.
