  • What is solar helical rotor systems?

    HYBSUN HR series solar helical pump is a positive displacement pump,the rotor has an eccentric movement which when rotating inside the stator effectively squeezes water through the pump. on every rotation. This positive displacement action means that water is pumped when the pump is running at very low speeds and that high pressure can be created making it able to pump water at high lifts.The high efficiency and ability to produce high pressure mean that water pumping can start early in the day when the solar power is low and that the pump will continue late into the afternoon.

  • What components does HYBSUN HR series solar helical pumps include?

    HYBSUN HR series Solar helical rotor pump consists of SS304 pump outlet,SS304 pump housing,SS304 helical rotor,Brushless DC motor(BLDC motor),3 meters,3 cores,1.5mm2 cable and controller with installation tools.As accessories which include float switch,well probe/water level sensor,3/4” adapter and substitute,helical rotor, shrinkable tubes,adhesive tape,operation manual.

  • What are the advantages of HYBSUN BLDC motor?

    HYBSUN BLDC motor which consists of stator,rotor and oil cylinder,For the stator which consists of silicon steel sheet & high temperature copper wire. Whose the max temperature is 180 degrees.All winding automatically by machine,which can produce about 2000 pieces per day.For the rotor which includes 3 pieces NSK bearing, SS 304 shaft and 40SH magnet.Whose the max temperature is 150 degrees.For the oil cylinder,we made our own design to make it better to avoid leaking water problem.

  • What are the advantages of HYBSUN solar pump controller?

    MPPT function

    Maximum Power Point Tracking is electronic tracking - usually digital. The charge controller looks at the output of the panels and compares it to the battery voltage. It then figures out what is the best power that the panel can put out to charge the battery. It takes this and converts it to best voltage to get maximum AMPS into the battery. (Remember, it is Amps into the battery that counts). Most modern MPPT's are around 93-97% efficient in the conversion. You typically get a 20 to 45% power gain in winter and 10-15% in summer. Actual gain can vary widely depending weather, temperature, battery state of charge,and other factors.

    Soft start function

    HYBSUN controller control the the motor operation continues,operating power is gradually increased until motor reaches it;s maximum speed.As a result,service lifetime of both the motor and controller and protection switch gear and prolonged.

    Dry running protection

    HYBSUN solar helical rotor pump require a well probe/water level sensor which shall bind with cable and higher 0.5 - 1 meters than pump inlet.So that could detect the water level in a well. when the water level in the well dropped below the level of the well probe,the HYBSUN Controller will stop the pump and indicates Source Low LED. Stop the pump automatically,Restarts automatically 30mins,Flexible installation.

    Adjustable speed

    HYBSUN solar controller with adjustable speed function.User could set different working speed to adjust water capacity and head according actual water demand to avoid water waste. Meanwhile,which also reduces the mechanical wear of the motor as well as the start up loads on the PV array
