CNC Vacuum Table MDF Board Cutting CNC Router Machine Model: W1325V This CNC MDF cutting machine with vacuum table, easy to hold workpiece like MDF board, wood panels. 1300x2500mm work area for standard 4x8 feet MDF panel cutting.

MDF Board CNC Cutting Machine Features:

1. This mdf board cnc is convenient for the user to fix the materials by vacuum suction. Great suction power holds the MDF wood or other cutting materials tightly.

2. Whole cnc mdf cutter is welded with seamless steel structure and is processed by high temperature tempering treatment and vibrating stress relief (VSR) to relief residual stress. The stability is excellent, not easy to be deformed.

3. The cnc machine for mdf adopts gantry movement, it can process any kinds of materials freely.

4. X and Y axes adopt rack gear and Hiwin square guiding rail transmission, faster working, higher efficiency and low cost.

5. Z axis adopts imported ball-screw and imported linear orbit, stable working, high precision and long life time.

6. Well compatibility: CAD/DAM designing software e.g. Type 3/Artcam/Castmate/Wentai etc.
