Air drying
- Product Details
- Company Profile
- Centrifugal separators, which separate the air from the water exploiting centrifugal and gravitational force. - Refrigeration dryers, which separate the water by reducing the temperature of the compressed air down to the dew point of + 3. -
Together with dust and oil vapours, compressed air also contains a certain amount of humidity, drawn from the external environment, which could cause the formation of condensate. Therefore, to ensure the correct operating efficiency of pneumatic equipment, the degree of relative humidity within the compressed air must be drastically reduced. For this purpose, FIAC offers the following components:
- Centrifugal separators, which separate the air from the water exploiting centrifugal
and gravitational force.
- Refrigeration dryers, which separate the water by reducing the temperature of the
compressed air down to the dew point of + 3.
- Adsorption dryers, which separate the water by taking it to a maximum dew point
of - 70, through a chemical process.
