On August 29, 2019 Seminar for Officials & Business Leaders of Developing Countries Involved in Telecommunications & IT Industry was successfully concluded in Beijing. Director Cai Runyuan from AIBO, MOFCOM and CCCME Deputy Secretary General Yang Tong attended and addressed the Seminar representing the government and the co-host organization.  39 officials and entrepreneurs from communication and information industry of 14 countries in Asia, Africa, Europe and Latin America attended the seminar. Chinese government officials and experts were invited to introduce such topics as China's national conditions, reform and opening up, economic development, communication and information industries, characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises, cooperation with developing countries and other aspects. Participants also engaged in extensive discussions with workshop speakers.
