On July 22, 2019, during the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohammed’s state visit to China, UAE-China Business Forum was successfully held in Beijing, co-hosted by the MOFCOM and the UAE Ministry of Economy and organized by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation, U.A.E. Commercial Office at the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates Beijing and CCCME. Yu Jianhua, Vice Minister of Commerce of PRC and Deputy China International Trade Representative and Sultan Bin Saeed Al Mansoor, UAE Minister of Economy attended the forum. The forum is under the theme of “Sustainable Partnership, Sustainable Investment”. A total of 300 participants attended the forum including representatives from relative governments and financial institutions of UAE, high-level representatives from Abu Dhabi National Oil Company and Dubai World Port Company as well as other Chinese representatives invited by CCCME. The guests at the conference engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges on topics such as China-UAE investment environment, innovation, finance, science and technology cooperation, and joint building of the “Belt and Road”.
