On May 7, CCCME Vice President Shi Yonghong was invited to attend the Technical Seminar on International Cooperation in the Certification of Mine Equipment and participate the discussion. The seminar was hosted by China Coal Technology & Engineering Group, aiming at strengthening international cooperation in the certification of mine equipment and further promoting China's mine equipment to “go global”. He Tiancai, Vice Governor of Shanxi Province, Dong Liang, Deputy Director of Shanxi Transition and Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone Management Committee, Zheng Xingzhou, Ombudsman of the National Coal Mine Safety Administration, Ma Shouye, Director of Planning and Finance Department of the Ministry of Emergency Management, and Counsellor of Indonesian embassy in China attended and addressed the opening ceremony. At the seminar, Vice President Shi Yonghong shared with others about the international projects contracting and investment cooperation of Chinese enterprises, and opportunities and challenges as well.
During the meeting, the CCCME delegation also conducted on-site researches to Taiyuan Institute of China Coal Technology and Engineering Group, coal mines of Yangquan Coal Industry Group and to the use of key mine equipment.
