On the morning of May 26, 2026, the Government-Enterprise Exchange Event under the China-South Korea Export Control Dialogue Mechanism, jointly hosted by the Bureau of Industrial Security and Import-Export Control of the Ministry of Commerce of China and the Trade Security Policy Bureau of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy of the Republic of Korea, was successfully held in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. More than 100 representatives from governments, enterprises, and research institutions of the two countries attended the event. Jiang Qianliang, Director-General of the Bureau of Industrial Security and Import-Export Control of the Ministry of Commerce; Kim Tae-woo, Director-General of the Trade Security Policy Bureau of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy of the Republic of Korea; and Meng Jun, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Commerce of Shaanxi Province, attended and addressed the event. CCCME served as the supporting organization, with Vice President Shi Yonghong moderating the exchange event.
