On December 18, 2025, National Foreign Trade Transformation and Upgrading Base (Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering) Joint Conference 2025, guided by Department of Foreign Trade of Ministry of Commerce and organized by the CCCME, was successfully held in Beijing. Attendees include Chang Hui, Second-level Inspector (Deputy Director -General level) from the Department of Foreign Trade; Xi An, Director of the Complete Plant Division; Li Jinghua, Deputy Director of the Complete Plant Division; Guo Kuilong, Secretary General of the CCCME; Yang Hang from the Ship Division of the Second Department of Equipment Industry, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology; as well as over 50 representatives from the competent commercial departments of 12 national foreign trade transformation and upgrading bases in the shipbuilding and marine engineering sector, China Association of the National Shipbuilding Industry, China Shipowners’ Association, Export-Import Bank of China, China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation, BOC Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., and key enterprises from related bases.
