From November 9 to 12, CCCME organized an economic and trade cooperation promotion delegation which consisted of over 40 representatives from 20 enterprises in sectors including new energy, automobiles, energy storage, seawater desalination, as well as power, infrastructure, chemicals, and transportation to Cairo, Egypt to attend the First Egypt-China Investment Forum and a series of exchanges and promotion activities. The Forum was jointly hosted by the Chinese Embassy in Egypt, Egypt’s General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, and the Egyptian Businessmen Association. During the period, CCCME Vice President Shi Yonghong attended the first mechanism meeting of the Egypt-China Investment Working Group.
