On June 9, 2025, CEO of Business & Commercial Banking of Standard Bank Group Bill Blackie led a delegation to CCCME. CCCME President Zhang Yujing and CCCME Vice President Shi Yonghong met with the delegation. The two sides engaged in the topics of China-Africa trade cooperation, Chinese enterprises investment in Africa and so on. Later on, the two sides signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
