From April 14 to 19 2025, CCCME Secretary General Guo Kuilong was invited to visit Azerbaijan and Georgia to attend the 10th Meeting of the China-Azerbaijan Intergovernmental Commission on Economic and Trade Cooperation and the 9th Meeting of the China-Georgia Intergovernmental Commission on Economic and Trade Cooperation in Baku and Tbilisi, respectively. The above meetings were co-chaired by Vice Minister of Commerce of China and Deputy International Trade Representative Ling Ji, Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Mustafayev, and First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia Davitashvili. According to the meeting agenda, Secretary General Guo Kuilong delivered a thematic speech on promoting the quality of the trade between China and Azerbaijan and expanding bilateral trade between China and Georgia.
