On December 20, 2023, Delegation of Krasnoyarsk Territory of the Russian Federation visited CCCME and held a working exchange with CCCME President Zhang Yujing and Secretary General Guo Kuilong. During the meeting, CCCME signed a cooperation framework agreement with Yenisey Siberian Development Corporation, and both parties will jointly support the mutually beneficial cooperation between Chinese and Russian enterprises and promote the development of bilateral economic and trade cooperation. The representatives of the External Relations Administration of the Governor of Krasnoyarsk Krai, the Administration of Governor and Government Affairs, Yenisey Siberian Development Corporation, the Russian-Asian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, and the Sino-Russian Economic and Trade Cooperation Industrial Park in Shenyang, Liaoning Province attended the meeting.
