On December 28, 2023, CCCME Vice President Liu Chun met with Aldo Alvarez, the Ambassador of El Salvador to China, and Pedro Hayem, the Commercial Counselor of El Salvador, at the chamber of commerce. They had in-depth exchanges on strengthening economic, trade and investment cooperation between China and El Salvador, deepening the institutionalized connection between the chamber of commerce and the embassy, and reached a number of consensuses.
