 On October 23, CCCME Vice President Shi Yonghong met with former Senior Minister and Special Advisor to the Prime Minister of Ethiopia, Global Professor at the British Academy of SOAS University of London, and Distinguished Professor at Fudan University Dr. Arkabe Oqubay at CCCME.
