From August 27 to September 28, entrusted by the National International Development Cooperation Agency, CCCME arranged an expert group to conduct an on-site inspection in Cuba.
The group visited the Chinese Embassy in Cuba and engaged in a working meeting with Economic and Commercial Counselor Zhou Quan. The group also conducted working meetings with various Cuban entities, including the Cuba Electricity Council , Ministry of Science, Technology, and Environment of Cuba, Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Urban Land Planning, Meteorological Bureau, and General Customs of Cuba. Together with the Cuban side, the Chinese expert group carried out on-site inspections at 22 project sites in 10 different provinces.
