On August 11th, CCCME, in collaboration with Heilongjiang Province Department of Commerce and Heihe Municipal People's Government, held the 2023 China-Russia (Heihe) Economic and Trade Matchmaking Conference. The conference aims to promote cooperation between Chinese enterprises and Russia, leveraging the border gateway of Heilongjiang, utilizing the policy and resource advantages of Heilongjiang area. Deputy Party Secretary of Heihe, Mayor of Heihe Zhao Rongguo, CCCME Secretary-General Guo Kuilong, Vice Director of Heilongjiang Province Department of Commerce Tan Yinghui, President of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce in Russia (§³§à§ð§Ù §¬§Ú§ä§Ñ§Û§ã§Ü§Ú§ç §±§â§Ö§Õ§á§â§Ú§ß§Ú§Þ§Ñ§ä§Ö§Ý§Ö§Û §Ó §²§à§ã§ã§Ú§Ú) Zhou Liqun, President of the Amur Chamber of Commerce and Industry Smarodnikov attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Over 100 participants from government departments, industry organizations, financial institutions, and enterprises from both China and Russia attended the conference.
