On July 17, 2023, the China-Russia Round Table on Cooperation and Development in Forestry and Industry Sectors was held in Beijing. The meeting was co-organized by CCCME and Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, attracting the participation of more than 270 guests, including government officials, heads of industry organizations and business representatives from the forestry sector of both countries, who promoted and exchanged views on different areas of cooperation between China and Russia in the field of forestry. The meeting was presided over by CCCME Vice President Shi Yonghong.
