From March 28 to 31, 2023, at the invitation of Liaoning Department of Commerce, CCCME President Zhang Yujing and Secretary General Guo Kuilong led a delegation to Liaoning Province for investigation and research. This survey was conducted on the basis of the full communication with Liaoning Department of Commerce and Shenyang Municipal Government at the working level after the successful state visit of President Xi Jinping to Russia. It was aimed to give full play of CCCME as a platform to promote China-Russia economic and trade cooperation, utilize the governments, local governments, chambers of commerce and enterprises resources of CCCME in China and Russia, support and guide governments and enterprises of Liaoning Province to effectively take the advantages of China-Russia cooperation, so as to promote high-quality cooperation with Russia and identify key projects for cooperation between the two sides.
