On June 21, Green and Low-Carbon International Cooperation Committee of CCCME together with ECP and BV co-hosted the Petrochemical Industry Development Exchange Seminar in the Context of “Double Carbon”. With a focus on specific industries, the seminar provided professional and practical guidance for enterprises in petrochemical industry to reduce carbon emission in accordance with international standards, and helped them cope with the carbon neutrality challenge. CCCME Deputy Secretary General Bai Xuefeng and Executive Director of ECP Ma Li delivered speeches respectively. Nearly 100 people from China and foreign enterprises, organizations and scientific research institutes attended the seminar.
