The signing of RCEP is estimated to release huge market potential. In order further promote the investment and trade cooperation between CCCME members and ASEAN countries, CCCME successfully hosted Webinar on China-ASEAN Machinery and Electronic Economic and Trade Cooperation in the Context of RCEP with the support of Ministry of Commerce of China and Embassy of Laos and Embassy of Cambodia in China on January 15, 2021. CCCME Vice President Liu Chun, Commercial Counselor of Cambodian Embassy to China PRAK Phannara, Commercial Counselor of Lao Embassy to China Phoutsawanh Khounchantha and Deputy Director Han Ye from Department of Asian Affairs of MOFCOM attended the webinar and interpreted the economic and trade cooperation between China and Laos, China and Cambodia as well as the impact of the signing of RCEP on bilateral economic and trade and investment cooperation from different perspectives.
