In order to further integrate the Belt and Road Initiative with the development of SCO countries, and to assist Chinese enterprises in expanding the market of SCO member states, on July 28, 2020, CCCME, CRCCME, SCO Legal Services Committee together with Qingdao Bureau of Commerce, jointly organized the Lecture on China-SCO Countries Economic and Trade Cooperation and Legal Issues. Officials from Ministry of Commerce, the State Taxation Administration, the General Administration of Customs, Ministry of Justice and other relevant government department delivered special lectures, and leaders from Administrative Committee of China - SCO Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Area presented a theme introduction on the policy advantages and major projects of the demonstration zone. More than 320 people from more than 120 enterprises in such sectors as electric power, new energy, complete project contracting, automobile manufacturing and spare parts production, telecommunications, petroleum and petrochemical equipment, rail transit equipment, household appliances and high-tech, food machinery and trade and other industries and fields attended the event. CCCME President Zhang Yujing met with the guest speakers prior to the meeting and CCCME Vice President Shi Yonghong attended and addressed the event.
